Types of stainless steel parts

Receipt and processing of raw steel coils
- The process begins with receiving raw stainless steel coils at the company's factories.
- Raw materials are sorted according to type, thickness, and required grade (e.g., grades 304 and 316).
- Preliminary processing is carried out, such as cleaning, visual inspection, and ensuring compliance with approved technical specifications for precision industries.
Steel processing in the form of coils, sheets and circles
The raw materials undergo precise engineering processes within the production lines:
- Rolling: To adjust the thickness according to the application.
- Longitudinal and transverse cutting (Slitting & Shearing): To obtain slices and sheets with precise dimensions.
- Circle Cutting: To produce stainless steel circles used directly in the manufacture of cookware.
All operations are carried out using advanced CNC numerical control machines to ensure high quality.
Inspection, packaging and distribution
The finished products undergo a series of quality tests to ensure they are free from defects.
After passing the examination:
- They are packaged to protect them from scratches and moisture.
